Dr. Colton and Dr. Zimmerman see patients by appointment on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays (evenings), Thursdays, and Fridays at two locations:

While we accept Medicare and most other insurance plans, it is important to check your insurance provider's list of participating physicians to be sure your plan allows you to be seen at our office. Also, please review with your insurance customer service representative the rules and limitations on coverage and reimbursement. We have prepared the following handouts to assist you in understanding your condition or preparing for your surgery:
